This is super easy to make if you have a Cricut machine or by hand. The overall size is 3" x 6". The score is 2 1/4" from the top and the circle is 2". The green cardstock is 2" x 3 5/8". The polka dot cardstock is 1 3/4" x 3 5/8". The sentiment is gold heat embossed. I used a plain white satin ribbon; however, I found a white ribbon with a gold metallic stripe that would look awesome!
